If an unauthorized vehicle is in the lot, it will be towed. Family/friends/guests can park in any legal on-street parking in the area, but NOT in one of our parking lots. Before you plan to park a vehicle in one of our parking lots, you must update your vehicle information online in the Resident Portal. If you have a permanent vehicle change during the term of your lease, please update that information online BUT ALSO contact the resident leasing office to ensure the towing company receives the change in a timely manner.
